As a producer, you will be in charge of the Roadmap of one of our games (PC multiplayer shooter) in active development. Your main objective will be to help the different teams to achieve their goals so a service attitude is a must.YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
Keep the general roadmap of the Game updated. In The Breach Studios, we follow Agile methodologies so our plan changes during the development, and the roadmap should reflect it.
Help the different Leads to organize their deliverables and manage the dependencies between teams.
Work with and help Game Design and Marketing to prioritize the Game Backlog and the proper granularity at each stage (defined Initiatives, Epics, and Stories or tasks).
Work closely with the Game Design Team to ensure the next feature is ready to be developed.
Organize and facilitate the different Agile ceremonies (Delivery planning, Operations review, etcetera).
Optimize and improve the different work methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in a Producer or Associate Producer role within the game industry.
Worked in at least in one multiplatform title (PC, Playstation and Xbox).
Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that contribute to overall organizational performance and to a positive and creative work environment.
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of Kanban metrics.
Familiarity with the configuration of Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with Cross-platform games.
Some experience working in the Art pipeline.
